1 Definitions & Scope

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between 33l ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("Player", "you", "user") who registers, accesses, or uses the services available on the 33l website and all related subdomains and applications.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is Rp 10,000 for QRIS and Rp 20,000 for digital wallets.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.
• 33l reserves the right to reject deposits originating from unverified or suspicious sources.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000 for all methods.
• KYC verification must be completed before submitting your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the account holder.
• The average withdrawal processing time is under three minutes for digital wallets and under 15 minutes for bank transfers.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

33l offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty programs. Each bonus is subject to specific terms announced alongside the offer.

General terms applicable to all bonuses at 33l:

• Each bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed once a round has started.

7 Prohibitions and Violations

• Collusion between players for unfair mutual gain.
• Bonus arbitrage or hedge betting designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

9 Limitation of Liability
